Review: Unfortunately I can’t review these pens, because they did not arrive. I would say be careful about ordering large items, as clearly the bag ripped at some point, and the pens must have fallen out during delivery, as it did not come in Shein packaging. What is worse is that I am not getting a refund or replacement pens, so now I have lost out on money and a product. I am appalled at their customer service. So the one star is not for the product it is for Shein. Such a shame, and won’t be using them again to buy pens.
